While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier delays.

We currently deliver to most countries. Please check the shipping options and costs at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the shipping address you provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The refund will include the cost of the product and the initial shipping fees, but return shipping costs are at your expense.

Exceptions: Wheels that are ordered as personalized cannot be refunded.
