At Oldtimer Wheels, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help—under certain conditions outlined below.

Returns

Customers within the European Union (EU) have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns from outside the EU.

Before returning any items, please contact us at info@oldtimer-wheels.com to request return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@oldtimer-wheels.com with your order details and photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
